Breathing techniques

If you or loved ones are suffering breathing issues over the next few weeks/months, try these simple techniques to help keep your chest clear. Keeping on top of fluid intake (water/herbal & fruity teas, for example, alcohol & caffeine dehydrate you so are minimally effective) is also important to help loosen secretions. I'm happy to be available for virtual appointments whilst socialising is off-limits.
